New England is a place of much moisture and precipitation. It is in many ways very similar to the Pacific North West with it's streams, mosses and greenery. Especially in Summer, streams, brooks and rivers abound and have a life and beauty that is so dear to me.
I have always had a love for rivers and moving water and it is one of my favorite subjects to photograph. Below are two photos taken at Kettletown State Park in Southbury, Connecticut.
