Want to change the exposure of your photos and do some editing to help your photos come out as they appeared to when you took them? Need to change your photos sizes for outputting to various sources such as photo contests, facebook, emails, web use and printing? If you answered yes to any of these questions then this workshop series is for you.

Lightroom Classic is a fantastic and powerful photography software because it has the ability to do it all- everything you need to accomplish in your photographic workflow from cataloging your photos, to developing, printing, outputting and resizing as well as making photo books, slideshows and much more. This all-in-one program comes at a very affordable price and is very user friendly.

Course 1: Lightroom’s Library module

Thursday, January 9th, 6:30 pm

In this first workshop you will learn how to take your photos from your camera to the computer including how to create folders and collections sets to help store and retrieve your photos. You will learn how to use keywords and rating systems to help locate and use your favorite photos.

Course 2: Lightroom’s Develop module.

Thursday, January 16th, 6:30 pm

In this workshop I will go show you how to maximize your photo’s potential with the many development options in Lightroom including exposure, white balance, saturation hues and color balance and adjustments as well as adding vignettes to your photos and cropping. We will go over the global image adjustments in this class.

Course 3: Lightroom’s Develop module pt 2.

Thursday, January 23rd, 6:30 pm

A lot has changed in Lightroom in the last year with the new incorporated masking functions and AI. This class will focus on how to use these masks, and AI tools to make select and edit specific parts of your images.

Course 4: Printing, exporting re-sizing and outputting

Thursday, January 30th, 6:30 pm

In this course I will teach the various options and methods for outputting and resizing your photos for specific use such as contests, web use and social media, emails, and finally using the print module in Lightroom to make your prints come out how they look on the screen.

This is a deep comprehensive dive in how to use Adobe Lightroom Classic. The class dates are Thursday, January 9, 16, 23, 30 from 6:30pm to 8:00 pm. Class fee is s $160 for (4) classes.
